Mosaic for Jeff Szuhay
This is from one of those Flickr.com thingies where it finds images from 12 questions about yourself.
I didn't want to do it in Flickr, so I did my own. Here it is.
Roll over any picture to get question/answer/info.
If you click on some of the pictures, they'll open a link to an appropriate page.
Enjoy!
Q: What is your first name?
A: Jeff
This is the Cocoa Heads International logo. Yes, I have cocoa on the brain.
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: Beef
I eat meat. I didn't fight my way to the top of the food chain to be a vegetarian.
Q: What is your home town?
A: Pittsburgh
I lived most of my life there and speak fluent Pittsburghese (only upon request, however)
Q: What is your favorite color?
A: Orange
This is taken from a painting by the abstract expressionist Mark Rothko.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: The Razor's Edge
The original 1950's movie is good, but the re-make with Bill Murray is even better.
Q: What is your favorite drink?
A: A "Red Eye:" beer and tomato juice.
Take any good pilsner or light ale and add tomato juice.
A well-made bloody Mary will also work.
Q: Where would you rather be?
A: On a sunny, warm beach
Somehow, I've gotten stuck in very rainy places: Pittsburgh, Seattle, & Mobile.
Q: What is your favorite dessert?
A: Chocolate mousse
The best I've ever had is still from the Oyster Bar in the bowels of Grand Central Station, NYC.
Still, the best eggs benedict can be had at Ivar's Salmon House in Seattle.
Q: How would you describe yourself in one word?
A: Creative
Innovative, creative, curious, engaging.
I like to solve problems and to laugh at the world.
Q: How do you feel (I think this was the question)?
A: Overworked
Because I have a wide range of interests and tend toward perfectionism; there is always too much undone.
Actually, "the Tempation of St. Anthony" is more apt.
Q: (I can't remember this question at all)?
A: Classical dance/ballet
In my 20's, I strived to be a classical dancer.
In doing so, I met my wife.
Even if not dancing, I love the rigor of performance.
Q: How do you see yourself now?
A: Farmer.
Somewhere between the practicallity of a farmer and the creativity of an artisan.
I like the way farmers are really craftsmen with excellent troubleshooting skills.
